I’m Armenian and I really don’t like that my nose looks much too large on profile. However, I do not want my nose over-reduced as I feel this would look artificial with my other features. What would you recommend?

The large hump is usually both bony and cartilaginous in nature. I use a very delicate instrument made by Bien Air to address the bony hump. Unlike traditional methods which use either chisel and hammer or a broad rasp, this instrument is very precise and delicate, thus allowing me to remove the bony hump while minimizing trauma, thus decreasing risk of bruising and swelling. In my experience, using this instrument allows me to reduce the profile hump of the nose in such a way as to minimize significantly the risk of over-reduction.
