We used ultrasound to reduce the bony hump.

we used ultrasound to precisely and delicately take down the bony bump of the nose. we also used cartilage to increase support and position of the nasal tip. I think profile picture looks best, especially the one upon smiling

this patient wished to decrease the nostril sizeof her nose. dr batniji was able to decrease the nostril size of her nose through a rhinoplasty surgery.

Rhinoplasty to address wide nose. We used ultrasound to reshape the nasal bones. We no longer use osteotomies to break bones. This helps diminish bruising/swelling. Also allows for more precise modification of the nasal bones.
