Rhinoplasty to address wide nose. We used ultrasound to reshape the nasal bones. We no longer use osteotomies to break bones. This helps diminish bruising/swelling. Also allows for more precise modification of the nasal bones.

Also, the tip of the nose was drooping down and the rhinoplasty procedure provided refinement of the tip as well as supported the tip to lift it slightly.
