I’ve had some work done on my face and it looks great but now my neck looks really wrinkly and saggy in comparison. What sort of procedure addresses problems like this in the neck?

I am a 47-year-old female and recently quit smoking after 30 years.  I have very deep wrinkles around my mouth and would like to have injectable fillers to take care of this.  Is there an amount of time I should wait before having this procedure or will some of the wrinkles correct themselves now that I have quit smoking?

What’s the best way to correct a wide nasal bridge? Does this usually require the nasal bone to be broken?
