I’ve consulted with one surgeon about nose surgery and he said he can’t make my nose as small as I want it. Why would this be? Why can’t I have my nose as small as I want it?

There are a variety of factors that determine size of the nose. One is your overall facial features. Your nose should fit your face. A small nose on an otherwise full/strong featured face would not look in harmony. Another factor is the anatomy of your nose. This includes the skin, the skin thickness, size and integrity of the cartilage and bone. Finally, if the nose is made too small, it may result in nasal obstruction.
