I have a crooked and long nose, how will a rhinoplasty help repair this? Afterward, will my nose look different from the front and the side?

If your nose is crooked, one potential benefit from rhinoplasty is the appearance of a straighter nose from the front. If the nose is long, it may appear long because the nasal tip is pointed downwards and/or is over-projected. There are many techniques I use to make a nose appear shorter on side view and frontal view. However, any of these changes in appearance must take your gender, ethnicity, and overall facial features in consideration. The goal of rhinoplasty should be to achieve a change in appearance of the nose so that the nose is in harmony with those other factors.
