How would you improve a bulbous tip as often seen in African American noses?

There are a variety of techniques we use to achieve refinement of a bulbous tip. Suturing techniques is the preferred method. If not enough refinement of a bulbous tip is achieved with suturing techniques, then I look to grafting techniques to achieve further refinement.
