How is ethnic rhinoplasty different from Caucasian rhinoplasty?

Ethnic rhinoplasty is different from Caucasian rhinoplasty in that the ethnic patient tends to wish for refinement while at the same time maintain their ethnicity. For example, a Middle Eastern patient with a bump along the bridge of the nose may request refinement of the bump on profile view, but want to avoid the “scooped out” appearance on the bridge of the nose which may give the appearance of an “operated” or un-natural nose.
