I’m of Middle Eastern decent and my main concern is my nose on profile. How can this be fixed?

In ethnic rhinoplasty, one of the most common requests I receive from Middle Eastern patients requesting rhinoplasty is to address a bump along the bridge of the nose. This is achieved through refinement of the bump. The bump is usually composed of both bone and cartilage. I perform this technique using a variety of instruments, one of which allows me to gently and precisely take down the bump. When evaluating the nose on profile, I also look at the chin and its relationship to the nose. A small or recessed chin may make the nose look big on profile. A chin implant at the same time as a rhinoplasty may provide further harmony between the chin and nose.
