A wide nasal bridge seems fairly common to many ethnicities. How can this be changed?

A wide nasal bridge on frontal view in a patient of ethnicity may be secondary to a “flat” appearance of the bridge of the nose on profile view. One method to address this issue is with augmentation of the bridge or dorsum of the nose with an injectable filler. This provides the illusion of a narrower nasal bridge on frontal view. Another option is rhinoplasty to provide augmentation to the bridge of the nose with cartilage (from either the septum or ear) diced in temporalis fascia.
