Procedure Detail: This 52 year old female presented in consultation for evaluation of sun-damaged skin of the face, neck, and chest. In order to address the sun damage to the skin as well as fine lines and wrinkles, Dr. Batniji performed the following:
Plasma resurfacing of the skin of the face, neck, and chest with the Portrait system. The procedure was performed with topical anesthetic cream. Dr. Batniji performed a lower facelift and necklift (using a modified deep plane technique) as well as a fractionated laser resurfacing at same time. Dr. Batniji frequently performs this combination of surgeries at the same time to not only reposition tissues with the lower facelift/necklift, but also address sun damage/lines/wrinkles of the skin with the fractionated laser resurfacing.
