During the consultation, the patient expressed concern with jowl formation, loose skin of the neck/face, and loss of the youthful neck and jawline contours. In order to achieve a more youthful neck and jawline as well as provide a natural result, Dr. Batniji performed the following:
– Neck liposuction
– Necklift
– Facelift. During this procedure, Dr. Batniji elevated and re-suspended the tougher fibrous layer beneath the skin of the face and neck (called the superficial muscular aponeurotic system or SMAS) to provide a lasting, natural result.
