Procedure Detail: This 50 year old female presented with an interest in addressing fullness of the neck and a desire to achieve a more youthful neckline. During the initial consultation, Dr. Batniji noted the patient had very good elasticity to the neck skin with minimal neck skin laxity. As well, she had no evidence of neck banding. Therefore, Dr. Batniji performed neck liposuction to achieve a more youthful neckline.

During the consultation and review of her photographs on profile view, Dr. Batniji noted that the patient had a weak chin, thus making the nose appear larger and the neck appear less youthful in contour. Using digital imaging software, he demonstrated the benefit of chin augmentation (chin implant). Dr. Batniji performed the following:
