Procedure Detail: This 43 year old female presented with an interest in addressing the hollowness of the lower lids. Dr. Batniji discussed with her the benefits of a lower eyelid surgery (lower blepharoplasty) with re-positioning of the lower eyelid fat into the hollowed areas to provide a more youthful contour to the lower eyelid and cheek complex. However, this patient preferred a non-surgical option. Therefore, Dr. Batniji performed Juvederm injections to the lower eyelids in the office to smoothen out the hollowness in the lower eyelids and provide a more youthful appearance.
