Upper Eyelid Surgery Photo Gallery

Procedure details: This 55 year old female came to Dr. Batniji in consultation for evaluation of heaviness of the upper eyelids and fullness of the lower eyelids. Dr. Batniji recommended a lower eyelid blepharoplasty to address the fullness of the lower eyelids and hollowness between the lower eyelids and cheeks with re-positioning (also called transposition) of the lower eyelid fat pads into the hollowed regions. This maneuver provides a smoother transition between the lower eyelids and cheeks. As well, Dr. Batniji recommended an endoscopic brow lift with upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) to provide a more youthful contour to the upper eyelids.
