Procedure details: This young woman presented to Dr. Batniji to discuss removal of the bump on her nose. He performed a rhinoplasty to remove the bump as well as rotate the tip of the nose slightly upward, thus achieving a natural look. Although Dr. Batniji recommended a chin implant to provide a more harmonious relationship between the nose and the chin; however, the patient declined.
