Procedure details: This 54 year old female presented in consultation for evaluation of loosened facial and neck skin. During the consultation, the patient expressed concern with jowl formation, loose skin of the neck/face, and loss of the youthful neck and jawline contours. In order to achieve a more youthful neck and jawline as well as provide a natural result, Dr. Batniji performed the following:

-Neck liposuction
-Necklift
-Facelift. During this procedure, Dr. Batniji elevated and re-suspended the tougher fibrous layer beneath the skin of the face and neck (called the superficial muscular aponeurotic system or SMAS) to provide a lasting, natural result.

The “after” photos were obtained 3 weeks after surgery.
