Procedure details: This 50 year old female presented with an interest in facial rejuvenation. Specifically, she wanted to have her jowls addressed as well as neck skin laxity and muscle bands in the neck. Dr. Batniji performed a lower facelift and necklift. During this procedure, Dr. Batniji addresses the neck muscle bands through a small incision underneath the chin. Then, through well hidden incisions following the natural creases of the ear, Dr. Batniji re-positions the jowl and neck tissues using the SMAS layer, thus giving a more youthful neck and jawline.
