For the past thirty years I have been a two pack a day smoker. Because of this I have very deep wrinkles all over my face that make me look ten years older.

For the past thirty years I have been a two pack a day smoker. Because of this I have very deep wrinkles all over my face that make me look ten years older. Would you recommend a facial filler to help correct this problem?

Answer:

One option for you is injectable filler to the deeper lines around the mouth. Perhaps a better option is a full face laser treatment.
