Mid-Face/Cheek Lift |
My cheeks look like they've sunken in. I've recently lost some weight so I don't know if it's associated with that or just age but I hate how they look. Can fillers help to fill them out a little?
Yes, adding volume with fillers can address the loss of volume to the cheeks. A variety of products are available to achieve this volume. The more common ones are hyaluronic acid fillers, like Juvederm.
I feel like my cheeks have fallen with time and lost volume. Would a midface/cheek lift help?
Over time, volume of cheek tissues is lost. As well, the cheek sags. These changes may be addressed with a variety of techniques. One option is adding volume through injectable fillers. This is an in-office procedure to provide volume to the cheek region and the appearance of a more youthful cheek. Another option is a surgical midface lift. Through an incision within the hairline, the cheek tissues are elevated to a more youthful position.
