I am Asian and interested in the opposite of a blepharoplasty, do you perform eyelid surgery to add a fold and “westernize” the eye area as well?
Answer:
It depends. Some Asian patients desire improvement in appearance of the eyelid without "westernizing" the eyelid. In these instances, there are options available.
