Question:

I have an asymmetrical chin. Is it possible to have an asymmetrical implant put in to even out my chin or is there some other way to create more symmetry?

Answer:

Asymmetry is a challenge in facial plastic surgery. We all have differences between the right and left halves of our face. Sometimes these differences are subtle; other times these differences are more pronounced. While we can attempt to make the sides look similar, it is very challenging, if not impossible, to achieve symmetry. I would recommend injectable filler to the chin to create more symmetry in the chin.
